By accessing, browsing, or purchasing tickets through the https://pubcrawlnewyorkcity.com website or by attending any events organized by Pub Crawl New York City (referred to as “PCNYC” in this document), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.


1. General Liability Waiver

By purchasing tickets and participating in any PCNYC event, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Assumption of Risk: You understand that participating in a pub crawl involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, risks related to alcohol consumption, transportation, slips, falls, and interactions with other participants. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including any potential harm or injury.
  • Release of Liability: PCNYC, AuRatio, Inc., its employees, officers, affiliates, event partners, and associated venues will not be held liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or death that may occur as a result of your participation in the event. This includes negligence or actions by third parties, including but not limited to other participants, vendors, or venues.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PCNYC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from your participation in events, including but not limited to, legal fees incurred by PCNYC.

2. Photo and Media Release

By participating in PCNYC events, you grant PCNYC the right to use any photographs, videos, or media taken of you during events for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes without compensation or further consent. This includes but is not limited to online platforms, social media, and printed materials.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of such media and release PCNYC from any claims related to the use of your likeness.


3. Age Restriction – Must Be 21 to Purchase

All participants must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tickets or participate in PCNYC events.

  • Date of Birth Verification: You must provide valid proof of age (government-issued ID) at the time of booking and again at the event. Failure to present a valid ID will result in denial of entry, and no refund will be issued.
  • No Exceptions: No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to attend events, even if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4. All Sales Final

  • No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Once tickets are purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted. This includes instances of event cancellation due to weather, venue changes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Event Changes: PCNYC reserves the right to make changes to event schedules, venues, or itineraries as needed. Participants will be notified of any changes, but refunds will not be issued due to changes in venue or schedule.

5. Responsible Alcohol Consumption

  • Drink Responsibly: Participants are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. PCNYC encourages all attendees to pace themselves and know their limits. Overconsumption of alcohol is dangerous and may result in harm to yourself or others.
  • Right to Refuse Service: Venues and event staff reserve the right to refuse service to any participant who appears intoxicated or disruptive. PCNYC and venue staff also reserve the right to remove anyone from the event who poses a danger to themselves or others without the right to a refund.
  • Transportation: PCNYC does not provide transportation between event venues. Participants are responsible for arranging safe transportation to and from event locations. PCNYC encourages participants to use rideshare services or public transportation.

6. Privacy Policy

By using our website and purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy. Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.


7. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct:

  • Respect for Others: You will treat all participants, staff, and venue personnel with respect and courtesy. Harassment, abuse, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Compliance with Venue Rules: You agree to follow all venue-specific rules and regulations. This includes adhering to dress codes, conduct policies, and any COVID-19 protocols that may be in place at the time of the event.
  • Illegal Activities: You agree not to engage in any illegal activities during the event, including the consumption of illicit drugs or involvement in violence.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York City, New York.


9. Changes to the Conditions of Use

PCNYC reserves the right to update or modify these Conditions of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or participation in events constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
