Assumption of ResponsibilityI voluntarily agree to assume all risks related to my participation in the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor my alcohol consumption, and I agree to act responsibly at all times during the event. I also acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. Release of LiabilityI hereby release and discharge AuRatio, Inc., its employees, volunteers, event hosts, sponsors, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "the Organizers") from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from or related to my participation in the Pub Crawl NYC. This includes but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss incurred during the event. IndemnificationI agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any and all claims or demands arising from my actions during the event, including any third-party claims resulting from my conduct. Health and SafetyI confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in the event.
